June 16, 2022 (Lewisville, TX) – The Realm at Castle Hills, a 324-acre mixed-use development along SH 121 in Lewisville, continues to bring popular retailers to its live/work/play destination. The newest tenant is Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, a New York-themed restaurant known for its award-winning coal-fired brick-oven pizza and calzones, and delicious salads, starters, and desserts. The Realm, upon completion, will consist of more than 5,000 multifamily units; 1.5 million square feet of retail, office and restaurants; a boutique hotel; an extensive trail system; and an outdoor entertainment district. The Realm will be a $1.5 billion development at completion and is a Bright Realty development.

The new Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is a 3,586-square-foot restaurant located at Valor at The Realm, which features first-floor retail and restaurants under luxury multifamily units. Grimaldi’s will be next door to The London Baker, the second location for this Food Network-featured bakery. Grimaldi’s patio features outdoor shaded seating and will overlook Crescent Park, a choreographed water feature and green space. Grimaldi’s plans to open this new location, its first in Lewisville, in the second quarter of 2023.

The Realm at Castle Hills continues to expand, spurred by growth in the Denton County area as well as activity along State Highway 121. In April, Bright Realty announced 11 new retailers coming to The Realm: Bahama Bucks, Cachet Salons & Spa, Castle Hills Animal Hospital, Cool Heads, Food Morning, Hotworx, 206 Luster Grill, Mochinut, Salon Bellus, Salubrious Juice & More, and Saray Mediterranean Fusion Grill & Bar. Since then, three more tenants have signed leases: Cheeky Monkey, Little India and Premier Martial Arts. Current tenants also include El Patio Mex-Tex, which offers a blend of authentic Mexican cuisine and true Texas barbecue, and Worth the Pour, a high-end spirits retailer that offers tasting and unique products.

The Realm features Offices at the Realm, a nine-story office building with first-floor restaurants; Cottages at The Realm, an all-rental community with 72 single-family homes; Sojourn at The Realm, 80 condos over first-floor retail; and Valor at The Realm, Discovery at The Realm and Olivian at The Realm, luxury multifamily communities that include apartments and townhomes for rent and convenient first-floor retail.
